1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 99x online gaming and sports betting platform, including all services, games, content, and features made available at 99x.bar ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

99x is operated as a digital entertainment and gaming platform exclusively for adult players aged 21 and above, resident in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether participation is permitted under the laws of your country or region before creating an account. 99x does not warrant legality of use in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for users who access the Platform in contravention of local law.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. 99x reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or permanently close any account that violates these terms or is found to be operating outside the scope of permitted use.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 99x Platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all eligibility requirements listed below. Players who do not satisfy each condition are not authorised to register, deposit funds, or participate in any wagering activities on the Platform.

You must confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Providing false age information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Account ownership is non-transferable and may not be shared.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 99x or any associated service provider.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by 99x.

99x may at any time request documentary evidence to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access wagering features on the Platform, you must register a single personal account with accurate and current information. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If 99x detects duplicate accounts linked to the same person — by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or KYC documents — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

Account security obligations:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 99x support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, an unusual transaction, or a security breach.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or applications. We recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication options for added account protection.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity performed under your account, whether carried out by you or by any person who gains access through your credentials, until 99x has been notified and the account secured.

Registered information must be updated promptly to remain accurate. Outdated or incorrect contact details may delay account verification, withdrawals, or important security communications.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policies

99x supports a range of trusted payment methods that are widely accessible to players across Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and subject to the conditions described in this section.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted.
• Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. 99x does not accept cryptocurrency or anonymous payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds. Any deposit that fails due to technical error must be reported to support within 24 hours with transaction reference details.
• 99x reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to any deposit above ৳50,000 and to request source-of-funds documentation before crediting the amount.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 99x account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in rejection and a formal fraud review.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 2 hours for amounts up to ৳20,000. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
• A valid and fully verified account (KYC Level 2) is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Verification requests from the 99x compliance team must be fulfilled before the withdrawal is released.

99x does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees; you are responsible for reviewing their terms. Currency conversion costs (if applicable) are also borne by the account holder.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 99x offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spin offers, reload bonuses, and cashback deals. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus credit can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to coordinated use across multiple accounts, use of prohibited software to track outcomes, or strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeit of all associated funds and account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method applies.
• 99x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error must be returned; 99x may deduct an erroneously credited bonus directly from account balance.

Players who have applied for self-exclusion or voluntarily set deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the restricted period. If a bonus is credited in error during a self-exclusion period, it will be voided automatically.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99x Platform. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or undisclosed sources. 99x actively cooperates with financial intelligence units and regulatory bodies in any investigation.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal or dispute on a legitimate deposit made to your 99x account. Any account associated with a chargeback will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to exploit game mechanics, gain unfair advantage, or automate wagering activity without human interaction.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to fix outcomes, share information about live hands, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or sports market offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a known system error must be reported immediately; 99x reserves the right to void such transactions regardless of when the error is discovered.

Any breach of the prohibited activities policy will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement. 99x's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final and binding. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed action.

7. Responsible Gaming

99x is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring the Platform remains a source of entertainment rather than distress. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. Players aged 21 and above only are permitted on this Platform.

Player protection tools available:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased, to prevent impulsive changes.
• Time-out: take a short break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers, but any pending withdrawals will still be processed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 99x Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, user interface designs, animations, audio files, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 99x or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 99x.

The 99x brand name, domain name (99x.bar), and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial context — including search engine advertising, affiliate promotion without a signed agreement, or in social media impersonation — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99x, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, service interruptions, data loss, unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials, or reliance on information published on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitation of consequential damages is not permitted, 99x's total liability shall be capped at the total net deposits made by the affected player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. In summary: we collect identity and contact information for KYC and account management purposes; financial data for payment processing and fraud prevention; and usage data for platform improvement and responsible gaming monitoring. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations. 11. Amendments to These Terms

99x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must close your account before the effective date. Closing your account does not affect any pending transaction or any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

12. Governing Law and Contact

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 99x support team must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 99x commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
